Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laborer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with crew members on job builds
- Prompt & On Time; reliable transportation
- Ensure compliance with protocol and quality
- Participate in regular meetings
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with Operations Manager/ Project Manager to implement operational improvements and enhance team performance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean shop & site environment
Preferences:
- Previous experience with mini-excavator & skid steer
- Knowledge of PVC Pipe & Fittings
Requirements:
- Familiar with Work Orders
- Strong basic math skills
- Professional communication skills with team members and customers alike
- Ability to work outdoors year round in Texas Hill Country and surrounding areas
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example within the team
