Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a General Laborer to support our operations across multiple facilities including the Dairy Science Center, Main Office Building, and Plant.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general labor and cleaning tasks in various buildings and office areas.
- Assist with light maintenance projects as needed.
- Carry out janitorial duties including:
- Washing windows
- Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
- Picking up trash
- Cutting down weeds
- Painting and snow removal
- Operate equipment such as:
- Power sweepers
- Forklifts
- Vacuums
- Scrubbers
- Buffers
- Cardboard baler
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Take on other duties as assigned — flexibility is key!

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Experience with equipment operation is a plus (training available)
