Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sorter / Machine Operator to join our high-energy production team. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows by operating machinery, sorting materials or products based on defined criteria, and supporting overall production activities in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards
- Sort materials or products by size, type, quality, or other required specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or irregularities immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures
- Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and other general production tasks as needed
- Accurately record production data and machine performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation role is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing quality work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
