Job description
CRDN of the MidSouth is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our CRDN family as a General Manager for our Memphis location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record in restoration management. The general manager will evaluate and organize all open jobs and work closely with the customers, adjusters and/or contractors. This position will mainly be office based with some field requirements.

Key performance indicators will include the following:
  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations.
  • Continuously review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.
  • Oversee employees, establish a highly motivational work environment, and create an innovative approach to improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives.
  • Develop a budget in accordance with revenue & profit goals.
  • Responsible for solving customer issues at the territory level in a timely manner.
  • Continually assess the knowledge of all departments.
  • Create KPIs and see that strategies are in place to better the organization’s efficiency in all areas and develop metrics for the operations manager.
  • Ensure compliance of all procedures in accordance with defined company processes and other regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and contractors.
  • Performing any additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Restoration knowledge is highly preferred
  • Production/Operation Management and demonstrated experience is required
  • Insurance Claims procedures preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized Reporting and Sales tracking skills
  • Developing standards, coaching, and team coordination
  • Financial planning

  • Decision making
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
  • At least 3 years of successful management experience
