CRDN of the MidSouth is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our CRDN family as a General Manager for our Memphis location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record in restoration management. The general manager will evaluate and organize all open jobs and work closely with the customers, adjusters and/or contractors. This position will mainly be office based with some field requirements.

- Responsible for overseeing daily operations.
- Continuously review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs and cultural values.
- Oversee employees, establish a highly motivational work environment, and create an innovative approach to improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives.
- Develop a budget in accordance with revenue & profit goals.
- Responsible for solving customer issues at the territory level in a timely manner.
- Continually assess the knowledge of all departments.
- Create KPIs and see that strategies are in place to better the organization’s efficiency in all areas and develop metrics for the operations manager.
- Ensure compliance of all procedures in accordance with defined company processes and other regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and contractors.
- Performing any additional tasks as needed.
- Restoration knowledge is highly preferred
- Production/Operation Management and demonstrated experience is required
- Insurance Claims procedures preferred
