If you’re a hands-on leader with experience in construction, operations, and sales management, this is a rare opportunity to build and scale a new department from the ground up. You’ll own the performance, profitability, and expansion strategy of Lifetime’s Deck Division across the Front Range and beyond.

Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office leadership role based in Denver, CO, with regular travel required for field visits and new market launches.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales Team Management:

Lead, coach, and manage the deck sales team to exceed revenue and margin goals.

Implement training, ride-alongs, weekly accountability meetings, and CRM standards.

Monitor and improve sales close rates through strategic data analysis.

Partner with marketing to ensure lead quality and volume align with sales goals.
Recruiting & Team Building:

Hire and develop high-performing sales reps, installers, project managers, and coordinators.

Build onboarding programs and define clear performance metrics.

Create a winning culture of accountability and collaboration.
Operations & Administration:

Oversee scheduling, permitting, inspections, and communication with homeowners.

Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor division KPIs including backlog, cycle time, gross profit, and NPS.

Coordinate job costing and financial reporting with the accounting team.
Subcontractor & Vendor Oversight:

Build and maintain a network of licensed, insured, and skilled subcontractors.

Conduct quality control audits and manage punch lists with urgency and precision.
Installation & Project Supervision:

Support field leadership in delivering high-quality builds on time and on budget.

Act as the escalation point for installation issues and customer concerns.

Enforce close-out processes, warranty registration, and final inspections.
Expansion & Growth Strategy:

Lead the division’s expansion into new territories and cities.

Conduct market and competitor research to inform launch strategies.

Build playbooks for replicating success across regions.
Compliance & Safety:

Ensure jobsites meet OSHA standards and internal safety protocols.

Lead incident investigations and manage risk mitigation initiatives.
What You Need:

Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams across sales, operations, and construction.

Sales Acumen: Ability to coach and hold reps accountable for hitting goals.

Industry Knowledge: Background in residential remodeling or outdoor construction preferred.

Operational Discipline: Experience managing schedules, financials, and subcontractors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and business analytics.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for jobsite oversight and division launches.

Driver’s License: Valid license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
