As a Domino's Pizza General Manager with Team Honey Badger, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards in quality, service, and performance.
1. Operational Excellence:
Meticulously lead daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and food preparation, to maximize efficiency. Maintain top safety and cleanliness standards, setting an example for the team. Analyze daily financial performance, tracking key metrics to drive sales growth, control costs, and increase profitability.
2. Dynamic Team Leadership:
Build a high-performing team by proactively recruiting and onboarding top talent who embrace our core values and mission. Mentor and motivate team members, providing necessary resources and support for current roles and professional growth. Conduct regular, constructive performance evaluations to improve individual skills and overall team productivity.
3. Exceptional Customer Service:
Foster a customer-centric environment where consistently outstanding service is the norm. Proactively seek and address feedback, viewing challenges as opportunities for improvement. Build strong, lasting relationships with loyal customers, ensuring they feel valued and connected to our brand in every interaction.

5. Strategic Inventory and Cost Management:
Diligently oversee inventory, minimizing waste and stockouts to guarantee product availability. Maintain a balanced, appealing menu catering to customer preferences and seasonal changes. Leverage sales data and insights for informed procurement and menu optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Insightful Reporting and Administration:
Generate concise, detailed reports on key performance indicators (sales, payroll, operations) for upper management review. Include insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions. Maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations in financial and operational practices, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in restaurant or retail management, preferably QSR with delivery concept. Will consider “other” fast-paced environments, with a track record of achieving positive results in sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. A driver's licence is required.
- Exceptional leadership skills, including communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and empower teams, foster collaboration, and drive engagement and productivity.
- Ability to maintain composure and thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities, delegating tasks, and problem-solving in real-time while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs and ensure optimal customer service during peak hours and special events.
- Valid Drivers Licence required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must currently hold, or have the ability to obtain ServSafe Certification.
