We are currently hiring for a talented General Automotive Technician to join our growing team. This position is based in an auto-repair shop and a candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing cars that come through our doors. We offer above competitive pay based on experience, as well as a full-service mechanic shop, so the successful candidates will be able to immediately make a positive impact on our organization. The ideal candidate will have a few years of background in automotive, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fluid exchanges and factory recommended maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance services for all makes and models of vehicles.
- Perform full vehicle inspections, including inspecting tires, brakes, suspension, under hood needs, fluid status, and determining vehicle needs due by mileage.
- Perform Tire rotation, Flat Repairs and Tire Replacement.
- Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary and preventative maintenance repairs as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
