Berries Health, a high-complexity Genetic Diagnostic laboratory serving clients across Washington State, is expanding its team and seeking experienced Sales Representatives!
We are looking for driven, confident, and results-oriented individuals to join our success. The role mainly involves fieldwork, visiting prospective clients daily, and building lasting relationships. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and offering high-quality, cost-effective laboratory solutions. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Pharmacogenetics and other genetic testing services to healthcare professionals, and clinics. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the benefits of our products will be key to your success. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and the ability to analyze market trends.
Duties
- Prospect and network with new clients using various methods.
- Grow our business by securing new accounts
- Generate sales from existing Berries Health leads
- Develop new leads through marketing strategies and existing relationships
- Support sales efforts in uncovered territories to maximize success
- Work independently while maintaining regular communication with sales leadership
- Comply strictly with HIPAA regulationsDevelop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote our medical products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
- Attend industry local conferences and events to network and promote products.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to client engagement and outreach activities, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Skills
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience in a diagnostic clinical laboratory
- Strong knowledge of clinical testing processes and specimen requirements
- Proven experience in medical sales, Genetic testing sales, or outside sales is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.66 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
