Vinarchy - Redefining wine.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy brings the best of these historic wine businesses into an exciting future, as one, new, exceptional global wine company.

Managing the entire wine supply chain - from grape to glass - Vinarchy produces wine in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, with employees in almost every continent around the world.

Vinarchy’s diversified portfolio includes our global pillars Jacob’s Creek, Hardys, and Campo Viejo, alongside growth drivers - Grant Burge Wines, Stoneleigh, Jam Shed, Brancott Estate, Mud House, St Hugo, St Hallett and Petaluma - that are accelerating the category globally.

Corser, Tatachilla, Greasy Fingers, Cupio, Tapabrava, Castillo de Ibiza, J-Harden and Dolly Wines are the future stars driving the industry forward, while Ysios, Church Road and Bay of Fires are fine wine jewels crafted by some of the world’s best winemakers.

Innovative, ambitious and imaginative, Vinarchy challenges the conventions of the industry to lead, shape and grow the future of the wine category.

Role Details

The Global IBP Governance & Transformation Manager is a highly visible global role responsible for shaping and continuously improving Vinarchy's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) operating model. Working across regions and functions, you will drive governance, analytics, process excellence and transformation initiatives that enable consistent, forward-looking business decision making.

You will create the frameworks, standards and insights that allow leaders to operate from a single source of truth, balancing demand, supply, financial performance and strategic priorities across a complex global business.

Reporting to the Global Grape Wine & IBP Director, this role leads through influence and collaboration, partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Technology and Executive Leadership teams globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the global monthly IBP cycle.
  • Facilitate executive planning forums including Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews and Executive IBP meetings.
  • Ensure discussions focus on risks, opportunities, scenarios and strategic decisions rather than retrospective reporting.
  • Own the design and enhancement of global IBP dashboards and reporting capabilities in Power BI.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
  • Improve data quality, transparency, automation and reporting efficiency across the planning process.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitise and automate planning processes.
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working across regions and functions.
  • Support large-scale business transformation initiatives related to planning, data and operating models.
  • Lead analytical initiatives including portfolio optimisation, SKU rationalisation and inventory improvement programs.
  • Provide scenario modelling and value-based assessments to support executive decision making.

What You Will Bring

We are seeking a commercially minded planning professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys influencing across a global organisation.

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in IBP, S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial Planning, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success designing, governing or improving enterprise planning processes.
  • Strong Power BI and data analytics capability.
  • Ability to connect commercial, operational and financial data to business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and facilitating cross-functional forums.
  • Strong change management, project delivery and continuous improvement experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within wine, beverages, FMCG or complex manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to Anaplan, JDE or similar planning and ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting planning technology transformation, automation or data governance initiatives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics or related disciplines.
