Job Description
- Provide outstanding customer service to golfers and patrons ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Ensure course rules and golf etiquette are being followed.
- Oversee the pace of play and adjust group play speed as necessary.
- Correct those in violation of course rules. Inform proshop, manager or superintendent of repeat offenders.
- Address conflicts or concerns from golfers/spectators with professionalism and conflict management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organization of course grounds and facilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
