We are hiring a Web Designer to refine and elevate the Eshflow visual layer across our web app, marketing materials, and brand assets.
Responsibilities:
- Design and refine responsive web pages (landing, booking, confirmation)
- Create clean, trust-building flyer templates and visual assets for offline distribution
- Collaborate with founder and developer to align layout with functional logic
- Translate concepts and field feedback into UX/UI that converts
- Maintain clear brand coherence across all client-facing assets
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, minimalist web design
- Experience designing for mobile-first environments
- Fluent in Figma or equivalent design tool (Webflow knowledge a plus)
- Ability to move quickly from mockup to implementation-ready designs
- High sensitivity to layout hierarchy, typography, and whitespace
- Ability to communicate clearly and deliver on tight feedback cycles
Bonus:
- Basic understanding of front-end structure (HTML/CSS/React)
- Experience designing for service marketplaces or booking flows
- Comfortable working async with a fast-moving founder-led team
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
