We are seeking a marketing assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant position will be responsible for supporting the marketing department with designing and producing retail catalogs for a full-service, wholesale only distributor that has served the Marine, RV and PWC industries for over 30 years. This position is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support and assistance as needed in the marketing department
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Perform data entry into PIM software
- Develop retail marketing and reference materials, both in print and digital form
- Familiarity with the marketing field's general language, concepts and practices
- Knowledge of the marine Industry a plus

Required Education and Experience:
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines

Proficient computer skills, with in-depth knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to write conditional formulas, pivot tables and manipulate data

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- InDesign experience is essential
- HS Diploma required, two-year associate degree in Design preferred
