In this role, you’ll support a wide range of internal and external design needs, from high-impact pitch decks and sponsorship campaigns to social media content and event branding. You’ll work on the 3STEP brand as well as with our event and club brands to bring our story to life through visually compelling, brand-consistent creative.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Projects
- Design polished, on-brand pitch decks, company overviews, and internal presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas with visual clarity.
- Create marketing one-pagers, case studies, and internal reports that maintain consistency in visual language and tone.
- Partner with executive and cross-functional teams to elevate how we present the company to partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
Special Projects
- Design event collateral for premium 3STEP events, such as social graphics, email assets, signage, credentials, and on-site branding.
- Collaborate with internal brand leadership to bring events and programing to life digitally and on-site.
- Develop visual concepts and creative for marquee sponsorships, including mockups, branded deliverables, activation templates, and recaps.
3STEP Brand Support
- Create evergreen and campaign-based assets that support the overall 3STEP brand across web, email, and social media.
- Design web banners, internal communication graphics, and branded templates that help unify how the brand shows up across channels.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of 3STEP’s visual identity, ensuring consistency while keeping things fresh.
- Create and manage the 3STEP template library
Qualifications - Early Career Level:
- 1–3 years of design experience (agency or in-house), including internships or freelance work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across print and digital formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Canva
- Experience designing for social media, email, and presentation formats (PowerPoint)
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
- A strong sense of layout, typography, and color, with the ability to adapt to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong communication and organizational skills—you can take a vision and bring it to life while managing feedback and prioritizing projects.
- A team player who’s comfortable collaborating across departments and managing multiple deadlines at once.
- A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced youth sports environment.
- Experience in youth sports, sponsorship design, or event branding is a plus.
