Graphic Designer and Website maintenance is responsible for creating engaging, impactful designs that meet brand standards and supports our mission.
A successful Graphic Designer has a track record of executing original ideas and a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, candidates should be able to create imaginative designs across digital, print, and offline media, as well as collaborate and grow with a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide multimedia design, photography, fabrication, digital imaging and production support for website, social media, print media, and events;
- Pitch creative concepts related to new and ongoing campaigns and events;
- Use appropriate and innovative methods creatively to develop effective and artistic graphics for print and various digital platforms;
- Develop short and long-range design solutions as part of communication campaigns intended to reach wide and varied audiences both inside and outside the company;
- Support project level production of various creative products and materials, coordinating work as appropriate both within the company, and
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Owner
Qualifications
- Certificate in graphic design or a related field.
- Up to 3 years experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
- An understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,059.00 - $60,000.00 per year
