We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Grocery Stock Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocking of grocery shelves to ensure they are well-organized and fully stocked for our customers. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of stockers in efficiently restocking grocery shelves
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management team to place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the stockroom and on the sales floor
- Train new team members on stocking procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a grocery stocking or retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Full-time position with a 40-hour work week
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
