Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping duties. The Groundskeeper will ensure that all areas are well-kept, safe, and inviting for visitors and staff alike.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Irrigate plants and lawns to promote healthy growth.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other plant life through pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Assist in landscape design projects as needed to enhance the property’s appearance.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes.
- Experience with power tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation techniques.
- Strong understanding of lawn care principles and plant health management.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $20.40 - $24.57 per hour
