Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping, landscaping, and lawn care, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. The Groundskeeper will work with both hand tools and power tools to perform their duties effectively.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on landscapes, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and flower beds to enhance the visual appeal of the property.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears for various landscaping tasks.
- Operate power tools including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds by removing debris and litter from walkways, parking lots, and other areas.
- Assist in the design and implementation of landscape projects as directed.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues such as pests or diseases to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is essential.
- Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
