CELÉ Wellness is committed to providing an unparalleled fitness experience. Our luxury gym, spa, and wellness facility is seeking an exceptional Group Fitness Instructor to lead dynamic and inspiring classes for our members. The Group Fitness Instructor monitors, educates members on fitness and safety, and maintains an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for an array of fitness classes.
We are seeing Instructors that can teach at least 2-4 different group fitness classes.
Class List:
Barre, Mat Pilates, Sculpt, Fusion, Breathwork, HIIT, Strength Training, Trampoline (Rebounder), Booty, Fascia Release/Stretch, Dance (all forms), Zumba, Guided Meditation, Reformer Pilates
Barre la Femme (50 minutes)
Barre, but better. This is a full-body workout experience that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Talk about a trifecta! Barre focuses on low-impact, high-repetition movements to target small muscle groups and improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Designed for all fitness levels.
Long and Lean Mat Pilates (50 minutes)
A low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and alignment. Using your own body weight and a mat, you'll perform a series of controlled, precise movements designed to challenge and lengthen your muscles. Get prepared to sweat and feel like the goddess you are. Designed for all fitness levels.
Celé Sculpt (50 minutes)
Tone baby, tone. Push your limits in a high-intensity workout designed to tone, lift, and strengthen your entire body. Whew! It combines elements of strength training, cardio, and core work to create a challenging and extremely effective workout. Designed for all fitness levels.
The Blend (50 minutes)
The complete all-in-one class. A total body fusion of strength training, cardio, core and immaculate vibes to create the perfect recipe for a top tier experience that will leave you feeling sweaty and like a confident queen, honey! Designed for all fitness levels.
Conscious Breath (50 minutes)
Powerfully calm and grounding breath work. An enlightened and healing practice that involves focused, intentional breathing techniques to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release. It's an inward journey, allowing you to connect with your body, mind, and spirit on a deeper level. Designed for all fitness levels.
Buff ‘n Stuff (50 minutes)
Work it! This HIIT workout will leave you feeling fierce and strong. This class is incredibly effective for burning calories, improving cardiovascular health, and building muscle. Your heart rate will rise and so will your spirits. Designed for all fitness levels.
The Pump (50 minutes)
Consider yourself already snatched. The Pump is a high-intensity workout that focuses on building strength, power, and muscle using the Celé Signature Relaxing Soft-Shock barbells. The fluid inside the disc adds the unpredictability factor to the load, making the training much more effective. This class emphasizes compound movements, which work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Designed for all fitness levels.
Celé Bounce (50 minutes)
A high energy class that is a fun and low-impact way to get a full-body workout. Use the rebounder (trampoline) to get your heart rate pumping, all while having fun! Combining elements of cardio, strength training, and core work, CELÉ bounce is designed to improve endurance, pelvic floor strength, circulation, balance, lymphatic flow, and coordination. Oh, did we mention an amazing playlist to get your body moving and grooving?! Designed for all fitness levels.
Booty Babes/Bounce and Booty (30-45 minutes)
Let’s focus on building those glutes! Expect a mix of explosive cardio bursts and targeted strength training exercises to sculpt and tone your lower body. We’ll focus on engaging your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves for a full-body burn. You’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner, and energized. Want to add in the rebounder (trampoline)? We got you covered.
Fascia Release (50 minutes)
This therapeutic session focuses on releasing tension, toxins, stress, and restoring balance to your body's connective tissues. Through gentle stretching, self-massage techniques, and the use of a foam roller, we will help you unwind the restrictions in your fascia. This class is ideal for those experiencing chronic pain, limited flexibility, or simply seeking a deeper level of relaxation. Leave feeling lighter, happier, more energized, and with a greater sense of well-being.
Celé Dance (50 minutes)
Let’s have some fun! Our Cele Dance class is designed to ignite your passion for movement and self-expression. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner (don’t worry, getting out of your comfort zone is AMAZING), you'll feel confident and empowered as you learn new styles and techniques. Our energetic instructors will guide you through a fun and challenging workout that combines elements of different dance genres.
Zumba (50 minutes)
Get ready to move and groove with our exhilarating Zumba class! This high-energy, Latin-inspired dance fitness party combines energetic moves with infectious music to create a workout that's both fun and effective. No dance experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to burn calories while having a blast! Our certified instructors will guide you through easy-to-follow choreography, making it a fantastic workout for all fitness levels. So ditch the workout and join the party!
Essential Functions
- Possess a passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Develop and lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels and interests.
- Create and curate high-energy playlists that complement the class format and motivate participants.
- Demonstrate exceptional musicality and the ability to count beats accurately.
- Provide clear and effective instruction, ensuring participant safety and form.
- Modify exercises to accommodate diverse fitness levels and limitations.
- Build rapport and foster a positive and supportive class environment.
- Collaborate with the fitness team to create a cohesive and exceptional wellness experience.
- Teaches scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.
- Instructs members on effective workout methods; explains proper techniques, demonstrates exercises; identifies different muscle groups, and teaches appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles.
- Teach members on the proper techniques for all exercises, especially when using more complicated equipment, to minimize the risk of injury.
- Sets up and monitors class equipment, and ensures its return in serviceable condition.
- Assists members, answers questions, and maintains a positive exercise experience for members and class participants
- Enforce all gym policies and safety rules to reduce the chance of any accidents and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can exercise.
- Perform emergency first aid when needed, including treating minor injuries with bandages or wrapping and administering ice.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to be professional and motivate class participants.
Requirements
- Certified Instructor (ACE, AFAA) or equivalent. Additional specialty/certifications preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Current certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time
- Physical ability and stamina to demonstrate exercise techniques accurately over long periods of time
- Must be comfortable standing for a prolonged period of time

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
