Orion's Fitness is hiring a fitness instructor to lead various fitness related classes at a retirement community in San Antonio, TX.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic instructor to inspire and motivate our senior citizens through exercise. You will motivate them by showing them a world of fun and fitness they never knew existed. We would like someone who is multi-talented and can teach Chair Fitness, Water Aerobics, Yoga, Tai Chi, Line Dancing and more.
Responsibilities
- Instruct Orion's Fitness classes in various techniques
- Create a fun and memorable experience for the clients
- Ensure that each client is engaged and challenged
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the clients
- Develop relationships with both new and current clients by providing helpful information and encourage communication between them
- Remain current on the latest equipment and techniques
- Encourage all clients to reach for their fullest potential
- Ensure that each client leaves with a new level of knowledge that will help them achieve their own goals
- Follow all safety policies and procedures by the community

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 per week

- This is only one line dancing class a week and the class is 30-45 minutes in duration.
You will teach one class a week for now.
