Responsibilities:- Motivate customers to continue exercising and help make healthy choices
- Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests
- Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
- Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
- Provide excellent customer services according to company standards
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Currently certified as a fitness instructor
