Summary
As a Room Attendant at Hampton by Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest experience within our hotel. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ensure all housekeeping supplies are stocked and organized for efficient operations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.
