We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Agent to join our hospitality team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for guest relations in a hotel or resort setting.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Manage phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and assist with reservations.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
