Job Compensation:
- Part time (Full Time is possible)
- Pay rate is determined based off experience
- Entry level, less than one year experience starts at Min Wage
- Some experience, 1 full year or more as a rec coach starts at $15
- (there is a $3/hr higher pay rate for coaches who regularly coach on Saturdays & Sundays).

Job Requirements:
- Understanding of basic fitness, health and exercise.
- Willingness to establish and foster personal relationships.
- Willingness to handle difficult students with a positive, non-confrontational style.
- Willingness to communicate effectively with students, managers, and other employees.
- Ability to multi-task and plan ahead, must create class drills and progressions.
- Willingness to learn spotting techniques.
- Required to do end-of-shift closing and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Must provide three professional references.
- Must pass background check for anyone 18 years old and up.

We do offer an extensive training program for Beginner Recreational Coaches who demonstrate a teachable spirit. We put a lot of time and effort into our paid on-the-job training program where you will receive hands on training and personal mentorship from veteran coaches and P509 Directors within our Beginner Recreational and competitive Team programs.
You do not need to have years of gymnastics knowledge to be an excellent Gymnastics Coach! A great candidate is someone who has experience or is currently studying Elementary Education or Early Childhood Development, as well as those who have worked with children in any formal setting (camps, coaching other sports, daycare, etc).

Pay: $14.81 - $17.00 per hour
