G. Albert Men's Grooming is seeking a full-time Salon Assistant!
Are you passionate about men's grooming and eager to learn? No experience? No problem! We are happy to train dedicated individuals right out of barber or cosmetology school or with minimal experience who are interested in growing their skills and career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and owner, Alberto Gonzalez, gaining hands-on training and valuable insights into men's grooming and customer service. Many of our past assistants have advanced to become skilled barbers and grooming specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist barbers with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Interact courteously and professionally with clients and staff
- Learn and develop grooming and styling skills through hands-on training and mentorship
Qualifications:
- Friendly, personable, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow in the grooming industry
- Valid barber or cosmetology license is a plus but not required
Must be fluent in English and comfortable engaging with clients.
