- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members when needed.
- Engage in retail math to manage product sales effectively.
Skills
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including barbering and straight razor skills.
- Experience with salon software for efficient appointment management.
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair extensions.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced stylists.
- Knowledge of retail math to support product sales within the salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
