Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate has a diverse skill set in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and general property repairs, with the ability to work independently and deliver quality results. This role is a key part of our restoration process, helping rebuild homes and businesses after remediation so that clients can return to safe, comfortable, and restored spaces.
Key Duties
- Perform general home and property repairs: carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical work (fixture replacements, outlets, light installs).
- Conduct inspections to identify issues that need attention.
- Install/repair cabinets, vanities, trim, and finish work.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition while following safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and timely job completion.
- Collaborate with team members or subcontractors for larger or specialized projects.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar multi-trade role.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, repair techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred.
- Own basic tools for repair/rebuild work (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
