Overview
Prospect Hill Inn & Restaurant is seeking a skilled and reliable handyman/maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair, demonstrating proficiency in various tasks ranging from electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the Inn property
- Demonstrated experience in basic, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry required
- Ability to flex and adapt as needs change throughout the day to ensure the Inn is in exceptional condition.
- Operate tools such as saws, drills, lawn care equipment and hand tools as needed to complete tasks
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ability to assist in other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in handyman/maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct issues to maintain the operation
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs preferred
- Plumbing, painting, and general repair experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
