Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks, landscaping maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed for larger projects or specialized tasks.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Assist in the planning and execution of renovation projects as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work.
- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
