We are looking for a Handyman/Maintenance/ Delivery Person Monday-Friday and weekends when needed to handle basic day to day issues with 6 restaurants and more to come. They are all located throughout Gaston County.
-Deliver Groceries weekly from our warehouse 2-3 days a week
-Know how to change out electrical outlets and electrical repairs on equipment
-Fix minor plumbing issues with sinks, toilets etc.
-Repairs due to wear and tear on properties from customer and employee abuse
-Paint and touch up
-Weed eat some of our properties when needed
-Fill dish machine chemicals, Minor Pest Control Maintenance
-Change out AC Filters on properties
-Clean beer draft lines on 5 properties on a monthly basis(We will show you how)
-We do a provide a company truck that will be used while the duration of work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- On call
- Weekends as needed
