Hardscape Crew Leader (Full-Time, $60K$80K)

• Salary: $60,000$80,000/year + overtime after 40 hrs/week

Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead a team installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas
• Operate mini excavators, loaders, compactors
• Ensure grading, backfilling, and stonework precision
• Manage job sites, timelines, and collaborate with clients/suppliers

What You Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in hardscape (pavers, stone, walls, etc.)
• Leadership ability to train and motivate crews
• Ability to read landscape blueprints
• Driver's License (required); CDL/Class A or ICPI a plus
• Ready to work outdoors in all conditions
