Now we need a Head Chef who’s not just ready to cook, but ready to lead. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the menu, hire the crew, and build a kitchen culture the right way — no corporate fluff, no shortcuts, just honest food and real leadership.

- You’ve led or helped lead a kitchen before — and you can do it again from scratch
- You’re creative, confident, and cool under pressure
- You understand food costs, ordering, and how to run a tight, clean line
- You love classic techniques, bold flavors, and modern plating
- You care about your team, your food, and your guests

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
