The Academy of the Holy Cross is looking for a Head Junior Varsity (JV) Girls Soccer Coach to lead our program for the 2025-26 season and beyond.
About the Position:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a coach to lead and support a program in a highly competitive athletic environment. The start of the season is mid-August until mid-October. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, immense knowledge and passion for the game and strong organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to inspire and build a program with overall understanding of student-athlete needs in a catholic educational environment. The ideal candidate will have earned a college degree and have successful experience coaching high school, club level or college level soccer.
This is a stipend position.
Principal duties include:
- Oversee the JV Soccer team, with support from Varsity coaching staff.
- Knowledge of the sport, including game/practice/training strategies and positional coaching.
- Communication - convey optimism and energy to prospective and current student-athletes on behalf of the school.

- Positive and Professional - ability to interact effectively and positively as an ambassador of the school
- Ability to cultivate/extend relationships in community to drive admissions and interest in school.
- Ability to build relationships at local club/grassroots levels

- Ability to attain CPR/First Aid Certification upon hire (offered by school).
- Must be available Monday through Friday in season during after school (PM) hours for practice sessions and games, as well as some Saturdays.
