Joga Soccer Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Personal Soccer Trainer to join our team! If you love working with youth players aged 5-17, thrive in one-on-one and group training settings, and are looking for a long-term position where you can grow and make an impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Coaching experience is preferred, and we highly value candidates who have played soccer at the collegiate level.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with players aged 5-17.
- Assess player skill levels during evaluation sessions and help guide their development.
- Motivate and push players to reach their full potential, while fostering a supportive and positive training environment.
- Contribute to our mission of transforming young lives through soccer by helping players improve their skills and confidence.
- Be a mentor and role model to aspiring soccer players, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Qualifications:
- Must be 22 years or older.
- Soccer experience (college level preferred).
- Coaching experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and positive demeanor with a love for working with kids.
- Willingness to learn and embrace the Joga mission and coaching philosophy.
