The Mission
Bring the right people together, at the right time, to do interesting things with each other. Creators and brands earned $650M on Mighty in the past year. Now we're taking it to 11.
Who We're Hiring
The person who launches a new AI product that's not depressing. We're looking for 1 of 2 profiles:
- The AI startup marketer who lives on X. You've run launches there and know who to call.
- The organic format marketer. You've built formats on IG, YouTube, or podcasts that got attention.
You've been hungry for a bigger title for a while. This is it.
How We Work
Fast, in writing, all day. Social and Slack come first. A 2-minute ask gets done in 2 minutes.
Hands-on. People can just do things. You write, shoot, and plan it yourself, then build a dream team of creatives and mathletes.
What We Care About
Formats first. They define the message, and then we boost what works.
Relationships first. Paid ads come later.
Zero AI slop.
