This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent initiatives that align with our business objectives. As we evolve, the Head of People will transition to reporting into to the Chief Talent Officer at Trilliad, ensuring alignment across our broader organizational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports Sercante's mission, values, and business goals.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end talent processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Organizational Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and professional development.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements and reflect industry best practices.

Collaboration with Trilliad: Work closely with Trilliad's leadership to align people strategies and share best practices across organizations.
- Translate company goals into an integrated People strategy aligned with scale, growth, and culture
- Partner closely with client-facing and billable teams to ensure hiring, performance, and compensation practices are aligned with utilization targets and delivery velocity
- Drive decisions around annual workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and org design
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute integrated Talent policies, programs, platforms, and processes.
- Design learning and career development frameworks that align with the consulting matrices, internal mobility, and future leadership needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and executives on talent and organizational issues, serving as both strategic guide and a resource for day-to-day support.
- Support and guide performance management practices, including quarterly check-ins and development planning.
- Drive engagement, development, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Foster a high-trust, high-performance culture across the People team and company
- Oversee payroll, benefits, leave administration, and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and a seamless employee experience
- Partner with Finance to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Ongoing evaluation and refinement of compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with talent and retention goals

Provide insights and feedback from Sercante to help shape and refine global Talent programs and policies across Trilliad.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they intersect with business operations
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bonus points for:
- CIPD, SHRM, and/or other relevant HR qualification
- Experience in managing cultural integrations following mergers and/or acquisitions
- Experience managing international teams or global HR strategy
- ICF coaching accreditation of other coaching qualification
- Psychometric tool experience (i.e. FIRO-B, MBTI, Culture Index, etc.)
