Primary Goal: The highest priorities of the Head of Revenue Operations & Strategic Pricing are to drive growth and accelerate revenue via systematization and optimization of all revenue cycle activities. As a member of the Markaaz Management Team, they will function as a key business partner to the Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. This is a remote role that can be located anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Establish and own a dynamic Revenue Operations initiative roadmap: identify and drive high-impact projects that move the needle on revenue growth
Partner with Finance and Sales teams to develop and implement forecasting models and operational rhythms
Partner with Product and Services organization and regional General Managers on go-to-market planning and execution
Develop and implement competitive Sales team incentive/commission model; partner with Finance and Sales leadership on administration
Own architecture and operationalization of sales pipeline and revenue reporting against strategy; identify and drive accountability against most essential metrics and KPIs
Identify optimal timing to establish Deal Desk team
Work closely with President, Product & Services to develop and implement competitive pricing models as part of the Product development lifecycle
Champion a culture of accountability and impact throughout the organization
Required Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
10+ years experience in a senior operational leadership role in the region, ideally with technical background
Experience working with consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
Experience in market research and analysis
