Head of Sales & Revenue

Peterson’s, a leading provider of educational software, assessments, and test prep, is looking for a Head of Sales & Revenue to drive growth across our portfolio serving schools, districts, libraries, military programs, and government agencies.
This high-visibility role will own revenue strategy, lead a diverse sales team, build strategic partnerships, and oversee customer success — making it a perfect fit for a rising sales leader with ambitions to grow into a CRO.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale a sales team driving institutional and government revenue.
- Build and close strategic partnerships with schools, agencies, and channel partners.
- Own customer success, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Optimize sales operations, forecasting, and CRM/reporting systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of sales leadership with proven results.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, institutional, or partnership-driven sales.
- Strong operational chops with CRMs and analytics.
- Track record of managing teams and driving measurable growth.
