Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team in managing daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, ensuring that all responsibilities are handled efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflows and supporting various projects.
Duties
- Manage and organize Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Provide clerical support, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Assist with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Utilize Google Workspace to create, edit, and share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role or administrative position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, as well as Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Job Type: Part-time
