As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Healthcare Sales Consultant.
Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the initial patient experience by engaging with incoming leads through phone or web inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include educating potential patients on our comprehensive services and guiding them through the process of scheduling appointments, with the ultimate aim of securing deposits. This is a full-time, remote position, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming New Patient leads promptly and professionally.
- Educate potential patients on the range of services offered by Forum Health.
- Guide patients through the scheduling process and facilitate deposit payments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly conversion targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
$55,000 annually
Additional uncapped commission pay based on the number of monthly leads converted.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on lead conversion.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting monthly targets.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
