Role Overview:
- Responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVACR equipment and systems.
- Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules.
- Investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems.
- Order and gather components and parts, complete installations, and perform acceptance tests.
- Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions and recommending system improvements.
- Keep personal equipment operational through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Document service and installation actions.
- Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications.
- Complete related tasks as needed to support operations and organizational mission.
- Experience in a service vehicle and HVAC contractor work.
- Preferred experience with VRF and BAS/DDC Controls.
- Must have own tools and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
