- Entry-level experience with a passion for IT and Technology
- ️ Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English
- A strong desire to learn new skills, systems, and technologies
- Robust problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and business needs
- ️ Familiarity with Windows-based network environments and protocols
- ️ Solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and desktop systems
- Experience with break/fix tasks, installations, and software upgrades
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and iOS is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable in a role that involves frequent client interaction and outstanding service
