Overview:
Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and conference room AV support.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve helpdesk tickets and escalate as needed.
- Install/configure laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support workstation imaging, mobile device setup, and software issues.
- Assist with vulnerability remediation and patching.
- Provide desk-side and remote support for 500+ users.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years IT support experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune.
- Customer service and troubleshooting skills required.
- CompTIA A+/Net+ preferred.
