Overview
We are seeking Front Desk Lobby staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and welcome the General public and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage mail and courier deliveries
- Access control /Directory assistance
- Maintain a tidy and organized Lobby Front desk area
Qualifications
-Must be Reliable and on-time
- Previous experience in customer service
- Basic Computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
