About Cogleap
Cogleap is a leading neurodevelopmental center that empowers children through our evidence-based HFS Training System, which combines structured movement and processing music to enhance attention, emotional regulation, and brain development. As we expand, we are looking for passionate part-time trainers to join our weekend team.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 or small group HFS training sessions to children aged 5-15
- Follow individualized training plans and accurately document session data
- Maintain a safe and engaging training environment
- Communicate briefly with parents and collaborate with supervisors as needed
✅ Qualifications
- Required: One of the following backgrounds:
- RBTs or experienced BTs
- Experience in education, special education, or related fields
- Patient, positive, and passionate about working with children
- English communication, Also speak in Chinese perferred
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat & Sun), long-term commitment preferred (min. 3 months)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Locations
- Diamond Bar Center or
- Irvine Center
(You may choose one or be flexible to work in both, based on your availability and commute.)
