Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic experienced, Retail Sales Associate with experience and expertise in high value watches and jewelry to join our team. We do buy, sell, trade, and lend on high value products. If you have some Pawn experience, that would be an added benefit.

In this role, you will be one of the faces of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experiences for all of our specialized customers.
You will assist with product demonstrations, engage in upselling techniques, and maintain a clean and organized retail environment. You would also be involved in some authentication, valuing, and trading, lending, buying, and of course selling these high value products as well.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their requests and ultimate experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their purchasing decisions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and promote additional products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Assist in negotiating, potentially valuing, authenticating, and buying, selling, trading, and lending on high value watches, jewelry and assorted high value products.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or lending of high value goods, watches, jewelry, handbags, and other.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for effective inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively and professionally.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential for success in this role.
