Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate high school teacher to join our educational team. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, mentoring students and utilizing instructional design techniques.
Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide mentoring and support to students, guiding them in their academic journeys and personal growth.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Experience
- A bachelor's degree (any type) is required; certification is not required
