EXPERIENCED SERVERS.

SUSHI CHEF
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival to the sushi area.
- Performs shift opening and closing duties as assigned by manager such as cleaning the neta cases, cutting boards, fryers, grills and floors.
- Prepares foods in accordance with the Company’s portions standards and recipe specifications prior to cooking, including battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating foods. Properly handles ready to eat food that is served raw.
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years of Work experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques.
- Ability to work both fast and accurately.
- Team spirit.
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Flexibility to take on various shifts.
