Responsibilities
. Handling Payroll
· Claims Management: Track and resolve the status of all home care claims, working with insurance providers as needed to ensure successful billing.
· Billing Oversight: Process and audit all billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Employee Timekeeping: Monitor and approve employee clock-in and clock-out data, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
· Staff Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules for home care aides, coordinating assignments to meet client needs and staff availability.
Skills
- Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in a home care, long-term care, or medical administrative role.
· In-depth knowledge of home care billing procedures and claims processing.
· Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
