We are seeking an experienced, self-starter and results-driven Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative to lead our growth efforts in Huntsville Al. market. We're looking for someone who knows this industry inside and out — a proven relationship builder, and someone passionate about helping families find quality care solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources including assisted living communities, hospitals, SNFs, rehabs, physicians, elder law attorneys, and more.
- Consistently generate qualified private pay home care referrals.
- Represent Home Care Assistance Huntsville at events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to increase visibility.
- Plan and execute regular in-services and drop-by visits to educate referral partners about our services.
- Manage leads and referral activity in our CRM, providing regular reports on performance.
- Work closely with our intake team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to client.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and execute growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Support brand-building initiatives and serve as a true ambassador for Home Care Assistance Huntsville.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.59 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.00 per week
