About the Role: As the Visionary owner of 2 Visiting Angels franchises, I am seeking a true Integrator to run the day-to-day business. We need a structured, compliance-obsessed Operations Manager to translate strategic ideas into operational excellence and grow into our Director of Operations.
This is a leadership-track position for a systems-thinker who executes with precision, holds the team accountable, and remains the emotionally steady force in the business. You won't just be managing processes; you'll be owning them, refining them, and creating the harmony that allows the business to scale.
What You'll Own:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and drive accountability for all office staff and caregiver teams across two locations.
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, caregiver engagement, and client service delivery to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Ironclad Compliance: Own all compliance-related processes, including AxisCare records management, RN supervision tracking, and state/federal documentation.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become critical issues.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the owner to continuously improve systems, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive profitability.

- You are tech-savvy and proficient with home care management software (AxisCare experience is a major plus).

- You understand that a 24/7 operation requires a leadership backstop and are willing to serve as the final point of contact for after-hours emergencies.
